Massage / Sobadas

Hands-on healing rooted in tradition and therapeutic technique

My massage offerings are a fusion of therapeutic bodywork and ancestral sobadas, designed to restore balance, release tension, and support holistic well-being. Techniques include Swedish, light/firm/deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, injury recovery, assisted stretching, and Lomi Lomi.
Every session is personalized, often integrating energy work to address not just the body, but also the mind and spirit.

Pláticas (Sacred Conversations)

Heart-to-heart healing through storytelling & sacred witnessing

Rooted in ancestral tradition, pláticas are intentional conversations that offer space to share your story, release emotional burdens, and receive intuitive insight. These sessions invite deep listening, clarity, and spiritual support.
Ideal during times of grief, transition, or inner questioning, pláticas help you reconnect with your heart, spirit, and purpose.

Energy Work

Restore energetic balance and invite deep inner peace

These sessions blend energy work and intuitive healing to support energetic flow and emotional clearing. Working through your chakras and energy body, I will help clear stagnation, balance emotions, and deepen your connection to self.
Perfect for those feeling overwhelmed, ungrounded, or energetically heavy.

Sound Healing

Healing through vibration, resonance, and frequency

Using crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and ancestral instruments, sound healing invites your body and nervous system into a deep state of rest and recalibration. These sessions help regulate the mind, clear emotional blocks, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
Available in private sessions or in group sound bath ceremonies.

Limpias (Spiritual Cleansings)

Energetic clearing rooted in traditional Mexican healing

Limpias use sacred tools—such as herbs, prayer, eggs, and copal—to cleanse your energy and spirit. These ancestral rituals clear negative energies, spiritual heaviness, or emotional burdens, often experienced during life shifts or energetic blockages.
Each limpia is offered with reverence and respect for your healing path.
